xXphusion is a three dimensional laminate surface for use with xXtreme and Mirage products.
This is the future of laminates for the office furniture industry. The product is designed to wrap over the comfort and A2 style edge detail in the worksurfaces. This eliminates edge bands and allows for greater details such as the xXtreme Comfort Edge.
The solid color products are a 3 layer laminate with an abrasion resistant top layer, a laminate center layer and an adhesion promoting primer layer.
The wood grain and texture products are a 4 layer laminate with an abrasion resistant top layer, a clear overly layer, a laminate center layer and an adhesion promoting primer layer.
The product is heat and vacuum formed over an MDF substrate to create the final work surface.

Most xXphusion products will clean up with soap and water. Only acetone (nail polish) will stain the product. Refer to the chart below for cleaning methods and resistance to stain.

Most xXphusion laminates have been independently tested to meet Class 1/A ASTM E-84. Core material is MDF and has not been rated yet.
