REQUESTING A QUOTE FROM UNISOURCE OFFICE FURNITURE PARTS, INC.
Thank you for your interest in our products. Please take a few moments to put together and send us the information we need to get an accurate and timely quote to you.
As a general rule most quotes take 1-3 working days to produce once we have complete information for the quotation. The accuracy and throughness of the information will greatly speed up the process.
The are two types of quotes that we work on:
Make sure you include your name, company, address, phone number, email address, fax number with all requests.
1. PARTS AND COMPONENT quotes, these are products that make up other furniture components or provided added value to your company's sales effort. We can work with Word or Excel spreadsheets.
You may send an email list or fax of the components needed to customerservice@unisourparts.com or 1-616-455-9494 fax.
If you would like to know your specific pricing and availability of a component part, you may call
1-800-598-7278 Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Eastern Time US.
2. ASSEMBLED SYSTEMS PROJECTS, Mirage and xXtreme Quotes:
1. We accept the following electronic file types:
a. 20/20 Giza (CBD) files with local libraries saved.
b. Autocad DWG files
c. Autocad DXF files
d. Adobe Reader (PDF) files (please make sure there are dimensions noted on the drawing)
e. JPG only with 200 dpi resolution or higher. (maximum 1 meg size)
f. Other files, please call in advance to 1-800-598-7278 ask for Cad department.
2. On faxed in files, please make sure you have dimensions and notes on the file as to heights, widths and other details. Lack of clean information will slow down the process. Note: fax machines will alter dimensions, sending a scaled drawing without dimensions to check can and will create a problem with the quotation.

All requests will be emailed back to you unless otherwise requested. All emails will include a PDF printout of the layout generally in 2D and 3D and a PDF and Excel spreadsheet of the quote with the bill of materials. You will need to contact your local representative for discounting, unless noted on the spreadsheet, quotes are generally sent back at list pricing.
