| UniSource Office Furniture Parts, Inc. warrants its Mirage VS Products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 years of normal office use from the date of initial delivery. |
| This warranty is made by UniSource Office Furniture Parts Inc., only to purchasers acquiring the product directly from UniSource Office Furniture Parts, Inc. or its authorized dealers. UniSource Office Furniture Parts, Inc.'s obligation and the purchaser's remedy pursuant to this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at UniSource Office Furniture Parts, Inc.'s option, of parts which prove, under normal use, to be defective within the period stated. This remedy is expressly agreed to be exclusive as a condition of such replacement. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to assume for UniSource Office Furniture Parts, Inc. any other liability in connection with UniSourceOffice Furniture Parts, Inc.'s products. |
