DISCLAIMER: THE PARTS SHOWN IN THIS PUBLICATION ARE THOSE OF UNISOURCE OFFICE FURNITURE PARTS, INC., AN INDEPENDENT AFTER MARKET SUPPLIER OF OFFICE FURNITURE PARTS. ANY REFERENCE TO BRANDS, COLORS, OR LIKE DESIGNATORS OF ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS (“O.E.M.’S”) IS FOR THE LIMITED PURPOSE OF INFORMING THE INTENDED USER OF OUR PRODUCTS, AND NOT TO EXPRESS OR IMPLY ANY O.E.M. APPROVAL OR AUTHORIZATION.
Terms are net 30 days, with approved credit. Prior to approved credit, payment must be received prior to shipping. Remit payments to: UniSource Office Furniture Parts, Inc., 2882 Northridge Drive, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49544. Â Credit cards are accepted with approval (VISA, MasterCard and AMEX).
All new customers will be requested to fill out a UniSource credit application form. Note, if your account goes beyond allowed terms, no merchandise will be shipped until past due balances are paid.
No deductions will be allowed from invoices for any reason without authorization.
Acknowledgment will include a ship date. UniSourceâ€™s goal will always be to try to ship on the specified date. However, UniSource will not be liable for any shipping charges or damages due to late shipment.
Partial shipments will be made upon customer request. Product shipped will be invoiced and payable in accordance to UniSource terms. The balance of the order will be shipped when it is available. Customers will be responsible for freight on all partial shipments.
All products ship â€” FOB Grand Rapids, MI. Customer is responsible for freight and handling costs.
Any changes to orders must be submitted in writing to UniSource for pre-approval. The standard restocking fee for returned product is 25%. However, all non-stock items, including specialty painted items, cannot be cancelled or returned.
No merchandise will be accepted for exchange or credit without our expressed written authorization prior to the return of goods. UniSource must be notified of returns, quality problems or shortages within 10 days of receipt of goods. All freight charges on returned merchandise must be prepaid. UniSource will not accept freight collect shipments.
All merchandise is packed in an approved manner. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Consignee is responsible for inspecting deliveries and verifying carton counts; noting any visible damages or shortages on delivery receipt BEFORE signing. If merchandise is or appears damaged, do not unpack, call carrier or shipper for inspection. Notification of concealed damage must be made immediately or within 10 days of receipt to the freight company delivering the goods and or the shipper. UniSource is not responsible for concealed damage claims if customer service has not been notified within 10 days of receipt of goods
REDELIVERY OF FREIGHT
When redelivery of merchandise is required because the customer is unable to accept the merchandise and no notification of this fact was given to UniSource, the actual cost for freight, re-handling and warehousing, plus a 10 percent surcharge, will be billed to the customer.
UniSource reserves the right to make changes in design and construction and discontinue products without prior notice. All dimensions shown are considered to be approximate.
All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
UniSource warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial delivery.
This warranty is made by UniSource only to purchasers acquiring the product directly from UniSource, or its authorized dealers. UniSource’s obligation and the purchaser’s remedy pursuant to this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at UniSource’s option, of parts which prove, under normal use, to be defective within the period stated. This remedy is expressly agreed to be exclusive as a condition of such replacement. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to assume for UniSource any other liability in connection with UniSource products.
THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNISOURCE’S LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ITS PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THAT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE IRRESPECTIVE OF THE THEORY UPON WHICH ANY CLAIM MIGHT BE BASED INCLUDING BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR STRICT LIABILITY ON TORT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL UNI-SOURCE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from shipment, storage, accident, alteration, misuse, assembly or installation. All claims under this warranty must be made in writing prior to the repair or replacement of the products.
